Slow Roasted Rabbit

Ingredients

  • One whole rabbit, jointed

  • Potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms

  • Minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper

  • 1 cup chicken broth (or salted water)

Preparation

  1. Prep: Place the rabbit pieces and vegetables in a glass baking dish.

  2. Season: Add the garlic and dry seasonings, then pour the liquid over the top.

  3. Bake: Cover the dish tightly with foil.

  4. Cook: Bake at 325° F (160°C)for 90 minutes
