Slow Roasted Rabbit

Ingredients
One whole rabbit, jointed
Potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms
Minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper
1 cup chicken broth (or salted water)
Preparation
Prep: Place the rabbit pieces and vegetables in a glass baking dish.
Season: Add the garlic and dry seasonings, then pour the liquid over the top.
Bake: Cover the dish tightly with foil.
Cook: Bake at 325° F (160°C)for 90 minutes
